Lissette Febrero is a Graphic Designer and an Illustrator from Chile. She uses her

skills to process emotions and create artwork with a message, mixing illustration and

typography. Her inspiration has always been women's strength.

Art has been a tool that she uses to promote positivism and acceptance of body,

mind and soul.

Mera Reyes

Master Storyteller , body psychotherapist,songwriter .

Mera Reyes was trained as a professional storyteller at the Emerson College of Sussex England and continued her training as a therapeutic Storyteller in the Merriam Hill Center in Boston USA .

She has shared her songs and stories around the globe and has given workshops in countries like Spain , Mexico , USA and French Polynesia.

She is an activist for womens rights and will soon be launching a podcast around this matter for the Latin Community in Calgary Alberta .

She has worked in conjunction with The Arts Commons , The Calgary Opera House,ICAI , The Crescent Heights committee and Spanicarts producing performances and projects promoting storytelling as a performing art .

Her songs are inspired in her personal experiences , her loved ones , death and questions about life .

She will be performing for the High Performance Rodeo for the Shoe Project this month and will be opening The School For Storytelling Canada soon

Sergio Carrera is originally from Veracruz Mexico. From a very young age he had a strong interest in the guitar, charango, and wind instruments such as quenas and zamponas playing different styles of music in Mexico such as Andean music, boleros and traditional Mexican music. Years later he became interested in the piano and accordion participating in various Latin events in the city of Calgary Canada such as Expolatino, Mexifest, Fiestaval among others. Sergio is currently participating in projects with Mera Reyes.


Spoken word

Graduated from Librarianship and Journalism in her country of origin, Spain, Tania has been involved with literature and communications for over 20 years.

She tells stories at a library and a local radio station, lends her voice for marketing spots, and from time to time she also writes to express herself.

A passionate of poetry since a little girl, Tania believes in the power of the written and spoken word to agitate awareness and caress hearts.
