About the Event
The Foundation is Cracked” will be up and running until April 20th, so there is still plenty of time to visit the exhibit for those who want to experience something different. Location: 604 1 St. S.W. Entrance is located on 6 Avenue Hours of Operation: Weekdays: 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Weekends: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. The work is also available for viewing weekdays between noon and two p.m. on request; please contact the artist to book a viewing: jjpetersart@gmail.com
En Rose … another sneak peak - this new body of work will be available for purchase at my solo exhibition at the exquisite SpanicArts Gallery come April. “The Foundation Is Cracked” will be a retrospective collection of my intensive work in mental health, domestic violence and trauma recovery.
As a mother, it is my hope that the ceiling of my potential for spiritual, physical and emotional health is but the floor from which my children spring. I risk this transparency in the hopes that others will do the same. There is life beyond the grief, beauty within the struggle and a deep joy awaiting those who persevere
